This is one of the best recipes I’ve ever tried.
I’ve started to drink the honey/cinnamon warm beverage in the morning, and I can feel a significant change. Not only is it sweet and delicious, it helps with your digestion.
If you ate too much the night before, some of this beverage in the morning will help get rid of that “heavy feeling”.
That’s especially why I’m a fan!
Even if you don’t have cinnamon, the honey and hot water combination works well too!
